2. Description of Service

SellerSight Pro is a browser extension that enhances the Amazon Seller Central experience by providing:

• Quick marketplace switching functionality
• Streamlined invoice download capabilities
• Settlement report export features

The Extension operates as an overlay on Amazon Seller Central and does not access, store, or transmit your Amazon account data.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Extension, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Email Verification

You must verify your email address to use the Extension. Access to Extension features is restricted until email verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension

5. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or business purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

The Extension is designed to work with Amazon Seller Central. SellerSight Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Your use of Amazon Seller Central is governed by Amazon's own terms of service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLERSIGHT PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Extension.

10. Termination
